Adaptive Phase II/III Trial — Anti-Fibrotic Agent in NASH, Riyadh
Full statistical support for a seamless Bayesian adaptive Phase II/III trial across 3 Riyadh hepatology centers (max n = 240). Delivered adaptive design simulations, blinded SSR, CDISC ADaM datasets, DSMB charter, and a regulatory-grade final report.
Transcriptomic Profiling of Type 2 Diabetes — Riyadh Cohort
Whole-blood RNA sequencing of 120 participants (60 T2DM / 60 controls) from a Riyadh tertiary hospital. Identified 847 differentially expressed genes, enriched inflammatory pathways, and three hub-gene biomarker candidates for early T2DM detection in an Arabian-population cohort.
Network Meta-Analysis — Pharmacological T2DM Prevention in Arab Populations
PRISMA-NMA compliant network meta-analysis of 47 RCTs (31,420 participants) evaluating pharmacological T2DM prevention strategies. Produced SUCRA rankings, GRADE certainty assessments, and an Arab-population subgroup analysis for a Kuwaiti research institute.

Burnout Syndrome Among ICU Nurses in Riyadh Hospitals
Cross-sectional study of 412 ICU nurses across 14 hospitals in the Riyadh region. Binary logistic regression and structural equation modeling identified key organizational predictors of burnout for a PhD dissertation submitted to King Saud University.
